RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Our display of the Products on the Website is subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to decline orders placed by persons with whom there is a dispute over the fulfilment or payment of a previous order or when such persons have repeatedly and/or abusively cancelled, purchased Products or have otherwise failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons fraudulently using the Website. We also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

PRICES

When shopping using our website, you are responsible to pay the price of products and delivery charges that were displayed on the website at the time you place and validate your order.

The prices indicated on the website are in LBP and include all taxes applicable in the republic of the Lebanon.

We reserve the right to modify prices of products and delivery fees with no prior notice.

When purchasing products, delivery fees are indicated separately.

If you are using a credit card supplied by banks outside Lebanon, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited.

PAYMENT

We accept only CASH on delivery payments in Lebanon.

If you select an electronic payment, living outside Lebanon, your bank account will be debited immediately after you accept these Terms and Conditions and you validate your order by receiving a confirmation email of your order.

You agree and confirm that the credit and/or debit card details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit and/or debit card which is not lawfully owned by you.

This information will not be used or shared by us with any other third party unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.

We use a secure payment method.

If you would like to pay cash on delivery, you must make the payment according to the receipt of the Purchased Product(s), failing to do so will result in no delivery of the Product(s).

DELIVERY TERMS

We deliver across Lebanon through courier professionals to the delivery address indicated in your order.

Delivery may be subject to delays during high seasons or big events, but normally your ordered products are expected to be delivered within [0 to 5] business days from the day you receive an order confirmation email.

We may contact you to inform you of the delivery date and approximate time. Delivery fees vary from one area to another.

Upon delivery of the Product(s), you or your authorized representative must immediately check that the Product(s) received complies with the order you placed, including the type and quantity of the Product(s) you received and the condition of the packaging. If the Product(s) you received do(es) not comply with the order you placed or prove(s) defective, you may return it to us. If non-compliance and/or deficiency is/are proven, you may either (i) have a Product delivered which complies to the one ordered (provided it is available in stock) free of any delivery charge or (ii) have the amount you paid for the Product refunded and credited back.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You may cancel your order within a maximum period of 15 hours from your receipt of an order confirmation email for your purchase of our Products

We will only process cancellations, returns and exchanges made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions as set out above.

GOVERNING LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Lebanon is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website unless they have the consent of their parents.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

If you make a payment for our products on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card outside Lebanon.

We only accept cash payments in Lebanon.
